Accommodation was big and fantastic, beds were good. The staff was fabulously friendly, the breakfast was REASONABLY GOOD. We got the deluxe queen room and it was compact.

The hotel is well-maintained, reasonably priced, and has big bright windows. the location is magnificent and wonderful, near the downtown area. - the food was outstanding with a wide array of meals to choose from.

Nice hotel located adjacent to the centre of Hanoi as well as a very good vietnamese restaurant. Exceptional executive room with a very comfortable bed and excellent views plus big window view. What a great location right in the residential neighborhood! Plus, 5 minutes drive from a majestic church. Top-notch service overall and parking on site. Fast check-in. Honestly no reason to complain.

The venue has a perfect location in the heart of the old quarter and close to shopping areas. It's situated in the Hoan Kiem district, which is not only close to the center of Hanoi but also offers a peaceful stay. - the restaurant is a great spot for dining, especially in the evening. - We had a wonderful stay during our business trips - thank you for the excellent experience.

very warm welcome the location just close enough to the center no more and no less it's perfect we made it easy to visit the most beautiful monuments a map of the area is available upon our arrival the wifi works very well the staff very professional and friendly I just regret that the restaurant staff is not up to the height unpleasant and incompetent an order one evening to deliver in my room a fiasco order badly taken and waitress very unpleasant I do not recommend it damage is the black spot of my criticism
